How do I reserve a commission slot?
Contact me for my payment info! :) I start work on customs in order of who paid first – if you haven’t paid yet, your slot is not reserved!
How long do commissions take?
Approx. 2 weeks depending on complexity and time constraints.
If there are several orders in line ahead of yours, expect a 2-week wait for each one.
How much do custom designs cost?
- Current playmat rate: $100 USD
- Current sleeve rate: $35 USD
- Current orders in line: 10 Slots
Rates fluctuate based on current demand; more orders = higher rates. If the current rate is out of your budget, make sure to check back later in case orders have slowed down! :)
Custom order rates cover the design process and high-res image files, not the price of printing/shipping any physical items.

How does this process work?
Once your turn is up, I’ll contact you and show you progress as I work on your design. You’ll have input and receive multiple options throughout the design process, and receive full-res image files via email once it’s complete.
You can then print the design through a service of your choice, or buy it directly from my shop at a discount (50% off normal price).
Do you do exclusive designs?
Not exactly – in order to keep commissions worthwhile for their time investment, I resell the final designs. Your final design can still include anything you'd like -- specific manga panels, personal logos or images, etc. But I reserve the right to resell any/all parts of the final design you receive.
Do you sell the standalone image files?
Not any longer – I’ve had issues with people trying to reprint and sell my designs at their locals, which unfortunately ruins it for everyone. :( The main exception is if you order a custom design; you’ll receive the full-res image files once it’s finished.
About additional fees:
Straw Hat Fee (+$10) - Designs featuring Straw Hat characters often take extra work during the preparation phase, since I have to pull reference images from across the entire series.
Specificity Fee (+$15) - If your design concept isn’t broad enough, I may have to charge an additional fee since the design will be less likely to resell.
Examples include:
- A Wapol Playmat - a less popular character, who doesn't feature within the TCG, so this isn't likely to resell.
- A Mihawk & Whitebeard Playmat - these are two popular characters, but they're seemingly unrelated, so the design would be less popular than a unique design for either character.
Non-One Piece Fee (+$20) - Designs that aren't based on One Piece are usually doable, but are far less likely to resell. Orders should involve a source material which includes official art or art you own (no fanart).
These fees are just rough estimates; all prices are negotiable depending on the complexity of the custom order.
Examples of designs that don't require fees
- A Whitebeard mat - a popular character who also features within the TCG; these types of requests are always welcome.
- A Seven Warlords mat - this design would feature several characters, but the characters are all related and fit into a recognizable theme.
- A Thriller Bark mat - even though this concept sounds broad, all of its prep work is contained within a single story arc, and its theming is cohesive enough to easily resell.
